My GFA Story
What images do these words bring to your mind: abject poverty, abused, helpless, ignored, despised, bound by demons, alone, hopelessness..... For me, I revisit the images of the despondent souls I saw on my first mission trip to Asia with my church in Colorado. During this trip I witnessed overwhelming desperation and poverty, I've felt called to missions ever since. In October 2023, after 22 years of waiting for God to open the door, He finally called me to work alongside national missionaries through GFA World; providing me a privileged opportunity to come alongside the most needy and forgotten. At GFA World headquarters we collaboratively help meet the physical and spiritual needs of the most impoverished, participating in the spread of the Gospel through the establishment of churches and mission centers within countries we as westerners may not be welcome. As one body we establish local churches that carry the "good news" found only in Jesus providing basic resources to meet the physical needs while pointing them to their true provider. What an honor it is to be the hands and feet of Jesus, prayerfully serving side by side with missionaries worldwide.
What I do
computer equipment & systems current and running smoothly. Connecting our donors with the needs on the field. I work alongside a team that undergirds the GFA World staff, by providing the most updated tools they need to carry out the work of the kingdom of Jesus Christ in a technologically driven world.

I love to hike and explore trackless outdoor trails, while talking and spending time with Jesus, my constant companion through these adventures. I thoroughly enjoy climbing, and the challenge that comes from thinking through this physical activity. I love playing strategically compelling tabletop games with worthy adversaries. I also enjoy reading stories, that explore new ideas and worlds. As they challenge and stretch the imagination beyond the commonplace. I enjoy films both old and new.

You can help provide for a member of the Mission Support Team for as little as $50 per month. For each monthly pledge to GFA World’s Behind-the-Scenes Missionary Fund, you will receive a packet that includes the photo and personal information of a behind-the-scenes missionary you can pray for and contact. Whatever role the team member plays in their administrative office—from contacting ministry supporters to processing donations or designing web pages—each one fills a crucial need within the ministry and enables more than 100 national missionaries to minster in Asia.
