Costs


We are thankful for the generosity of a GFA donor that makes it possible for us to offer discounted rates on registration and lodging for the conference.

Registration: $99/person (12 years and up)*

Online registration is now closed. To register on Thursday, July 10, call 800-WIN-ASIA during business hours (M-F, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Central Time).

You may also register in person at the host hotel during the conference. Hotel accommodations at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas:
  • Discounted Rate: $110/night plus tax
    (call the Hilton at 1-800-955-4281 to see if still available)
  • Hotel room standard rate is $179-$209 per night.
  • Hotel parking is $12/day.


Meals: Three meals are included in the registration cost: Friday dinner, Saturday lunch and Saturday dinner.

Attire: We suggest wearing "business casual" attire, although jeans are certainly acceptable.

Transportation: A discounted shuttle service will run between the two area airports and the hotel. The Hilton Anatole is less than five miles from Dallas Love Field and about 17 miles from DFW International. Transportation is not included in the registration cost.

Cancellation Policy: A $25 administration fee will be assessed to all cancelations. The remaining balance will be refunded. No refunds will be given after June 30, 2008.
