Matching Gifts
Let Your Employer Multiply Your Gift to GFA
There is an easy way to multiply the size of your gift to GFA and it won't cost you anything
Many employers have Matching Gift programs. These employers, ranging from Fortune 500 Companies to government agencies to local and regional companies, will match all or a portion of your contribution to Gospel for Asia.
More than 30 employers have already matched their employees' gifts to Gospel for Asia.
See who they are. If your employer is not listed, we encourage you to be the first one there to utilize the matching gift program!
So how do you find out if your employer has a matching gift program? Just ask. Often, the details of their particular program will be outlined in the human resources handbook or website.
How does it work?
If your employer offers matching gifts, request the needed paperwork from your human resources department, fill out your portion and send the form on to Gospel for Asia. We will fill out the remainder and return it to your employer, who will in turn send us a check for the matching donation.
Gifts given throughout the year will generally be matched if the paperwork is submitted before the end of the first quarter of the year.
Many employers will also match gifts of stock, product, real estate or other non-cash gifts, in additionto matching gifts of cash.
