My GFA Story

Our hearts’ desire is to reach the lost and be a part of the Great Commission. After being inspired by “Revolution in World Missions” we couldn’t ignore the fact that millions of people are still waiting to hear the good news. We had to do something about it. This led us to start by sponsoring a national worker, then transitioning to volunteering, and eventually joining the home team staff. By serving on staff, we feel this is where we are the most effective in being part of what God is doing in the world. It is such a privilege to be called, to be led by God to assist those on the front lines! We had the amazing opportunity to visit the field together in 2016 and 2024 to witness the work firsthand, and Tony has made additional trips to show GFA supporters the impact of their contributions. We have had the privilege of meeting many national workers, pastors, and leaders who are devotedly serving people in need. We are grateful to link our lives with them as well as equipping them with the tools that they need to get the job done. GFA gave us a way to impact the world for Christ. Serving as a family is an incredible opportunity that we cherish.

What I do

Tony serves on our Ministry Partnership Team. His role is to update and encourage our friends of the ministry as we serve Christ and each other to fulfill the Great Commission together. Tony is responsible for several states in the U.S. They are friends of the ministry who support a variety of things on the field, such as: national workers, children’s, Jesus Wells & bibles and gospel tracts. The mission of Ministry Partnerships department is to cultivate personal relationships with our GFA supporters. We want to, most of all, thank them for their participation, pray for needs, share timely stories and reports, and encourage and challenge them to do more to reach the lost souls of Asia & Africa.” Kelly works in our President’s office with administrative tasks that can vary from day to day. She also serves our GFA staff by coordinating meals and transportation needs as they arise.
