Donor Advised Fund Information, Donor Life Income Agreement information, Wills and Estate Planning Information - We may collect your Social Security Number, birthdate, Driver’s License or other form of identification, bank account information along with Donor and Beneficiary Information.

Donor Audio, Video, or photographs - We collect audio, video, and photographs of your experience with us which you choose to provide to us.

Email Interconnectivity - If you receive email from us, we use certain tools to capture data related to when you open our message, click on any links it contains and make donations.

Events, Tours and Visits - If you sign up for a event or a vision trip, we collect information such as your name, email address, and any other information relevant to the event, including Passport information for international travel. We may also collect additional information such as dietary preferences, health requirements and emergency contact information.

Mailing List - When you sign up for one of our mailing lists, we collect your email address or postal address.

Surveys - When you participate in a survey, we collect information that you provide through the survey or questionnaires. If the survey or research is facilitated by a third-party service provider, the third party’s privacy policy applies to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information.

Service Providers. GFA utilizes third-party service providers (i.e. email service provider, web platform, etc.) to help us provide services we are not able to on our own. We share your information with third-party service providers to help us better serve you as our partner. Among other things, service providers help us to administer our website, conduct surveys, provide technical support, conduct analytics, improve our services, facilitate events, and process payments.
For compliance, fraud prevention, and safety. We may share your personal data for compliance, fraud prevention, and safety purposes.
Ministry partners. In limited circumstances, we may share your personal data with ministry partners to help administer your agreed upon partnership. For example, we may need to share your personal data in this way if you sponsor a child in a program run by a ministry partner, or if you travel to see the work of a ministry partner or engage with GFA in any way that requires collaboration between GFA and a ministry partner.
Other Third Parties. We share, and exchange personal information (i.e., contact information, donation information, and demographic information) with trusted third parties for valuable consideration. Information of this kind is used to allow GFA and similar non-profit organizations to identify others like yourself interested in partnering with us to help transform communities.
